• Protection: We offer protection up to £1,000 if something goes wrong with a job booked and paid for through our platform.

How to Make a Claim

If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 30 days of the job completion. We will investigate your claim and work with you and the tradesperson to resolve the issue.

• The date of the job
• A description of the issue
• Any relevant photos or documentation
